AZNEX Internet Services - Upgrade Message
1. When you receive this email, click on the link below to open the web page and begin the upgrade process.
2. When web page opens, click on the link that is appropriate for you version of Windows to download the instruction sheet. (help here on determining Windows version)
3. After the web page for the instructions loads into your browser, print out the instructions for reference during the upgrade process.
4. Download the appropriate files contained in the instructions by clicking on the links. You should download and install three different files.
5. Follow the instructions as presented on the web page for your version of Windows.
6. If during the upgrade process, you are not sure of a step or you do not get the appropriate message, call our office for a Wireless Internet Technician to assist you.
